Refund policy

Returns

Stella Vita Studio LLC is a print-on-demand company that specializes in unique and personalized products that are made to order.  Once an order is sent to production, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. As such we are unable to offer refunds.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide accurate information such as size and color when placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders that were placed incorrectly or if you simply do not like the product.

Damages or other issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. If there are any issues with the quality of the product, such as manufacturing errors or printing issues, please contact us and provide photos detailing the problems.  We can arrange for a replacement order free of charge in this case and you do not need to return the original item.

If a replacement order does not resolve the issue, we can offer you a refund. Please feel free to contact us if you encounter any problems with your order, and we will work with you to find the most suitable solution.

Exchanges
Stella Vita Studio LLC is unable to accept exchanges. Please see the above sections relating to ensuring your order is correct prior to submission, as well as the section on damaged items.
